! A dedicated husband and wife team, along with our trusty companion, Bodhi! Together, we run a thriving real estate business that combines our passion for property and our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. With 8 years of experience in the industry, we have built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and delivering outstanding results.

Our journey in real estate began when we first met 5 years ago. It was during this time that I, Caylee, discovered my love for homes, sales and in combination, the power of real estate in transforming lives both emotionally and financially. I had spent the last 3 years working in Commercial Property Management in Columbus Ohio, where I was falling fast in love with Real Estate. As I embarked on my journey to receive my professional Real Estate License in 2018, Cody was embarking on his journey to receive his Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science Engineering. Soon after receiving our respective licenses and degrees, we realized that we possessed complementary skills that perfectly aligned with the demands of the Real Estate industry. This realization led us to establish our own real estate business, where we could combine our unique strengths and offer a personalized approach to our clients. With me, Caylee, being the Visionary, and Cody, being the Integrator, we possess skills that touch on every aspect of this business; Customer Service, Compassion, Critical Thinking and Communication Skills, Data and Market Analytics, Negotiations, Valuation Skills.. The list truly goes on! We know that by putting our heads together we are able to provide our clients (whether they are home owners, in distress, homeowners relocating or upsizing/downsizing, investors, or first, second or third time home buyers) a curated plan to truly hone in on their needs!
